Project inquiries
When you submit the Contact Us form, your name, email, optional company and phone number, selected services, budget, and project details are sent to the SmartXApp Studio server and stored in its MongoDB database. Authorized administrators can review these details and use them to respond to your inquiry.
Portfolio images
Images uploaded by the site administrator are stored in the website’s configured image storage. Published project images and descriptions can be viewed publicly.
Blog articles
Articles and cover images published by the administrator are publicly available. Draft articles are available only through authenticated administrator access. Article content, categories and publication details are stored in the website database.
Administrator sessions
Signing into the admin panel creates an HTTP-only session cookie for administrator access. Sessions expire after eight hours and can be ended by signing out. This cookie is not used for advertising.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and approximate location. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not send contact form contents or track admin pages.
Fonts and external websites
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Visiting a project link opens an external website whose own privacy practices apply.
Your information
To ask about an inquiry or request its deletion, use Contact Us and include the email address used for your original inquiry. Administrators can remove inquiries from the inbox.
